Elements of the Judicial Police in the Marrakech Security Directorate managed, a short while ago this Monday evening, to raid two residential apartments in the Happiness district of Gueliz, after receiving precise information indicating their exploitation as a den for prostitution.
An informed source stated that security elements raided the two apartments unexpectedly, leading to the arrest of four people along with the owner of the apartments, caught in the act of committing acts that contradict the law and public morals. The detainees were taken to the headquarters of the Provincial Judicial Police Department, where they were all placed under custody pending a preliminary investigation, supervised by the competent public prosecutor's office, with the aim of uncovering all the circumstances surrounding the case and determining legal responsibilities for these actions. This security operation falls within the framework of ongoing efforts to combat manifestations of deviancy and crime and to enhance the sense of security among the local population.
