Due to the heavy snowfall that several areas of Midelt province are experiencing, the road section opening works in the Amalo area, linking the center of Tounfite and the town of Tigagouine, passing through the Tamzizit district, continue today, Tuesday. This is within the framework of breaking isolation and facilitating traffic for the local population.
This operation falls within the urgent interventions aimed at ensuring smooth movement, especially in light of the harsh climatic conditions that affect the road paths and impede the arrival of citizens to vital centers and basic services.
It is expected that opening this road section will contribute to alleviating the suffering of the population, improving the connection between the villages and neighboring rural centers, in addition to supporting social and economic activities in the region.
These works reflect the efforts of various actors in the field of rehabilitation of road infrastructure, and strengthening the breaking of isolation from mountainous areas, in line with the requirements of road safety and achieving local development.
