The Al Hoceima Prefecture announced the launch of the green number 5757 to receive citizens' complaints related to rising prices or fraud in the quality of consumer products, on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1447 AH / 2026 AD.
This measure comes within the framework of precautionary measures taken at the national level to protect the purchasing power of citizens and ensure their health safety, especially with the increasing demand for food during the holy month. The prefecture clarified that all incoming complaints will be followed up and processed by the competent regional committee, which undertakes the tasks of field monitoring, inspection of violations, and taking the necessary administrative and legal measures against violators, in accordance with the regulatory and legislative requirements in force. The regional authorities called on the residents of Al Hoceima to participate in this participatory process in service of the public interest, by reporting any violations affecting prices or the quality of products, through: The green number: 5757. This measure aims to enhance market control, ensure regular supply and appropriate quality of consumer materials, which guarantees the passage of Ramadan in normal conditions that respect consumer rights and maintain market stability.
