The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for today, Friday, that the weather will remain relatively cold in the Atlas Mountains and their eastern foothills, the eastern high plateaus, and the Rif region.
During the night and morning, the formation of slightly dense low clouds accompanied by fog will be observed over the Mediterranean coast, the east of the country, and the northern and central Atlantic plains, while the weather will be partly cloudy with the possibility of scattered rainfall in the Atlas regions, the east of the country, and the Rif region. The winds will be moderate to fairly strong in the southern provinces and the central plains, where they will be accompanied by local dust storms. The minimum temperatures will range between 07 and 03 degrees in the Atlas Mountains, between 01 and 06 degrees in the Rif and the high plateaus, and between 15 and 17 degrees locally in the northern desert provinces of the Kingdom, while they will fluctuate between 06 and 10 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom. As for the daytime temperatures, they will witness a slight decrease in the Atlas regions, the far southeast of the country and near the northern and central Atlantic coasts, while they will generally rise in the rest of the country.
