The Iranian Foreign Ministry accused the United States and Israel of waging a war against Iran based on lies, considering their goal to be the nuclear program that is being carried out under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baghaei, confirmed in press statements that the United States and Israel had committed clear war crimes and destroyed international laws, calling on the United Nations to stand justly against these violations. He revealed that a large part of the American attacks originated from the territories of other countries in the Gulf, stressing that American bases did not bring security to the host countries. Baghaei expressed his hope that the countries of the region would not allow America to use their lands to launch attacks against Iran. Baghaei said that the missile that targeted the source of drinking water in Qeshm Island was an American missile, accusing the United States of carrying out systematic war crimes. He added that two Tomahawk missiles were launched from one of the countries in the region and targeted a school in Minab, confirming that Iran knows the country from which these missiles were launched.
