The affected passengers explained that they were forced to urgently buy clothes, medications, and other necessities, which incurred additional financial losses, especially in light of the company's continued silence and lack of information about the location of the luggage or the procedures taken. Many passengers had planned to travel to other European cities, such as Germany, which made tracking and returning the luggage more difficult. Preliminary information indicates a strike or a malfunction in the handling services at Barcelona Airport on the night of the incident, but the passengers pointed out that this does not exempt the company from its responsibility to communicate with the passengers and provide transparency in dealing with this crisis. At the same time, the affected passengers are demanding that the competent authorities open an urgent investigation to locate the luggage and hold those responsible accountable, in addition to compensating for the financial and moral damages they have incurred.
