Many educational institutions in various sectors in the Settat province suffer from weak internet service and its absence in most cases. Even mobile phone services interrupt communications between the phones of employees and citizens, which requires urgent intervention to address this problem by strengthening the phone and internet network.
For example, but not limited to, here in the municipality of Al-Mazameza Al-Janoubia, specifically in the douar of Oulad Azzouz and the surrounding areas, where communication services are almost non-existent. Even the internet service poses a service obstacle that disrupts the normal operation of educational institutions when providing services to their users, which constitutes a real crisis that wastes time and effort and tedious waiting in front of computers to manage the "Massar" system or browse other related pages of the sector. The reason is due to poor services and the failure to strengthen and enhance the network. This area is only a few kilometers away from the city of Settat, but its residents and employees find themselves isolated from the outside world. The question remains: how long will this situation continue, and we are living in the age of globalization and artificial intelligence?
Most areas, especially educational institutions in the rural world, face many constraints due to the disruption of these networks' services and their repercussions on the normal functioning of public facilities, especially educational institutions that rely daily on the "Massar" services for the education system, and thus the interests of citizens and users are lost.
This reality requires searching for instant solutions and working to improve phone services and access to the internet, commensurate with the commitments of the companies concerned in their relationship with their customers and the monthly invoices they provide.
