HIBAPRESS – Al Hoceima
Citizens have complained about an issue related to travel tickets from Al Hoceima's Al Hoceima Sharif Al Idrisi Airport to Tangier, on Monday, October 12, 2026. After arriving at the airport around 3 PM in preparation for a 4 PM flight, they were surprised, according to their testimonies, to find their names missing from the information system.
The concerned individuals explained, in statements to HIBAPRESS, that the agency from which they purchased the tickets confirmed their registration in the system. However, according to their account, they were unable to find their names among the airport's passenger data, raising their concerns about being able to travel on time.
The citizens added that the issue was not limited to tickets but also included the way their complaints were handled. They spoke of difficulties in communicating with the responsible official, accusing him of not responding to their inquiries and not providing sufficient clarification about the situation. They also complained about what they described as arrogance, mistreatment, and a lack of listening, pointing out that they had gone through the trouble and expense of traveling to the airport.
This incident, according to the testimonies of those affected, raises questions about the coordination between the ticket issuing authority and the airport, the mechanisms for dealing with issues related to passenger data, and ways to provide necessary clarifications and practical solutions for affected citizens.
The citizens' complaints also highlighted the issue of communication with passengers within transportation service facilities, especially concerning members of the Moroccan diaspora residing abroad, who also need clear and up-to-date information to manage their travel without unexpected obstacles.
