The outgoing Prime Minister, Aziz Akhannouch, sent a farewell and thank you message, which he published on his official Facebook account, recalling the most important milestones of his tenure at the head of the government over five years of work and challenges.
At the beginning of his message, Akhannouch extended his highest expressions of thanks, gratitude, and loyalty to King Mohammed VI, may God support him, expressing his deep pride in the high royal confidence and the wise royal directives that served as a compass guiding all governmental initiatives and policies. In this context, he affirmed his firm and steadfast commitment to loyalty to the nation and sincere service to its developmental causes under the wise royal leadership.
The former Prime Minister reviewed the features of the governmental experience, stressing that this phase was not just the performance of an administrative responsibility, but rather a national historical path in which efforts were concerted to build a stronger and more prosperous Morocco. He pointed out that the government faced exceptional circumstances and complex challenges thanks to the cohesion of its team and sincere determination, which resulted in the realization of long-awaited structural projects and initiatives aimed at improving the daily lives of millions of citizens.
Akhannouch did not fail to mention that the ambition to do more was always present, expressing his peace of mind and pride in what has been achieved, given that the work was carried out with the utmost dedication and sincerity, and on the principle of "reasonableness and sincere intention."
Akhannouch mentioned handing over the responsibility to his successor, Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, wishing her and the new governmental team success and accuracy in performing their national duties, to continue the march of construction and development that our country is witnessing.
