The King's Prosecutor at the Preliminary Court in Inzgan has decided to imprison two youths, who hail from the Azrou neighborhood in the city of Ait Melloul, in the local prison, based on actions they are suspected of committing.
The case, according to available information, concerns suspicions related to insulting legally organized bodies, espionage with entities hostile to the Kingdom, as well as publishing and distributing images of individuals in a manner that may infringe upon their private lives and defame them, in addition to suspicion of impersonation.
The decision to imprison them came pending the completion of investigation procedures and judicial proceedings, while the actions attributed to the individuals concerned remain mere suspicions until a final judicial ruling is made.
