The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, held a series of separate discussions on Wednesday in New York on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Thus, Bourita held discussions with the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia, Toni Koze, and the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Malta, Chris Fearne.
Bourita also discussed with the Ecuadorian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, Roberto Guevara Pesantes, and the Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jarrar Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah.
Bourita also met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Public Service of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Fred Mitchell, as well as the Kenyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Musalia Mudavadi.
During these discussions, bilateral relations and cooperation in a number of fields were reviewed, and ways to further strengthen them were explored.
These meetings also provided an opportunity to address a number of issues of common interest at the regional and international levels, and to study ways to coordinate positions within international bodies.
