A number of customers of the Marjane store in Haye Kerima, Sla, have complained about the repeated malfunction of the escalators, which poses additional difficulties for certain customer segments, especially the elderly, pregnant women, and people with special needs.
In this regard, customers confirmed that the elderly, pregnant women, and people with special needs find great difficulty accessing the store's various facilities when the escalators stop working, which leads a number of them to leave without shopping. They pointed out that the issue has recurred consistently, especially during the weekend, which sees a large turnout at the store.
Several customers expressed their dissatisfaction with the recurrence of this situation, demanding that the store's management intervene to repair the defects and ensure the regular operation of transportation means within the commercial space, thereby guaranteeing ease of access and movement for all segments.
