Judicial police elements at the Marrakech security directorate managed to arrest a suspect involved in the theft of a car belonging to a security official working in the General Intelligence Department. The suspect stole the car and headed to Casablanca, where he sold it to an individual involved in the used car trade.
According to the newspaper's sources, the buyer in Casablanca discovered a wallet inside the car containing personal documents belonging to the senior police commissioner. This prompted him to notify the security services, who then began their investigations, which led to the identification and arrest of the suspect.
The suspect was handed over to the competent public prosecution, which decided to pursue him in detention for the acts attributed to him and refer him to the judiciary to consider the case and take the necessary legal measures.
