In application of royal directives aimed at bringing the administration closer to Moroccans around the world, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Lyon organized, yesterday Saturday, an Open Day for Moroccans residing in the French region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
The operation is part of the policy of proximity and improvement of consular services for Moroccan citizens residing abroad, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad. the foreigner.
During this day, all consular services were provided to Moroccans residing in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes who, for professional or geographical reasons, cannot go to the consulate headquarters during the week.
This initiative also represented an opportunity to inform, consult and guide beneficiaries and listen to their concerns and expectations.
This event, which marked the mobilization of a large consular team led by Consul General Fatima El Baroudi, was highly appreciated by Moroccan citizens who praised this initiative undertaken by the Consulate General, as well as the good welcome and the quality services, which enabled them to carry out their administrative tasks in a smooth and fast manner, especially for the younger generation: the first is those who cannot make appointments in advance online during normal working days .
