The city of Bouarfa has recently experienced heavy rain showers and thunderstorms, which have caused water charges in the adjacent valleys, particularly the Bouarfa Valley at the entrance to the city.
After the weather stabilized and the water level in the valleys dropped, the Bouarfa community mobilized its logistical and human capacities to purify the waste from the valleys that flooded the entrance to the city with dust and weeds carried by the water loads.
On the other hand, these rains have strengthened the integrity of the dams in the Figig region, such as Al-Rikaza, Al-Safsif and Kru Khanq, which are nearing completion and at an advanced stage of completing their work.
