Heavy rains in Tata region on Friday and Saturday caused all the valleys in the region to flood after their levels rose, leading to the disruption of a number of roads in the region as follows:
– The road between Tata and Taroudant via Issafin: flooded valleys of Tata, Ekko and Akoulis.
– Road between Tata and Ouarzazate via Tsinet and Foum Zguid: flooding of the Aqaykern, Al-Atiq and Wadi El-Maleh valleys.
– The road between Tata and Tabwin: flooding of the Aqaygan and Ibn Yaqoub valleys.
Therefore, drivers and residents of areas near these valleys should exercise caution.
