Judicial police services in Tetouan, based on precise intelligence information provided by the General Directorate of National Territorial Surveillance (DGST), managed to apprehend an individual suspected of involvement in the trafficking of cocaine in the city of Martil and surrounding areas.
This operation came after a security intervention targeting a house in the Oum Kalthoum neighborhood in Martil, where the search resulted in the seizure of approximately 850 grams of cocaine, as well as a sum of money close to 40,000 dirhams.
Investigations are ongoing to uncover the source of the seized drugs, determine all circumstances and details related to the case, and identify potential extensions of the suspect's activity.
This operation falls within the framework of security coordination between the General Directorate of National Territorial Surveillance and the judicial police, aiming to combat the trafficking of hard drugs and enhance security in the city of Martil and the Tetouan province.
