The first complainant confirmed in a statement to Heba Press that he worked as a cleaner in the municipality and was a poor and peaceful citizen, before being surprised by the injustice of the police officers following a malicious complaint.
The details of this incident, according to the same speaker, are that he slept at night in his residence, which he had purchased after his return from Italy, with young people playing in front of his house, which caused him great distress. disruptions. asked them to move away, but they refused and started hitting his house with stones.
He continued: “I came out of the house to join them, but nothing happened between us because of the intervention of a man from the neighborhood, and the young man was my son’s age, but I will be surprised by the arrival of this child with his father, because the latter threatened me.
He added: “After three days, police officers came to my house, took me with them to the police station and I was surprised to find that they arrested me for 48 hours on the basis of a false accusation of assault against this child. the latter was in good health and had nothing wrong with him.
In a statement from another citizen of the same neighborhood, Lahba Press confirmed that these children treat the cleaner like a fool and attack his house with the knowledge of their families.
He continued: “I was surprised that the head of the department received the complainant with his son, having tea with sweets, in exchange for the injustice of the cleaner. I assure you as a journalist that the police from the partnership department are attacking. me too every time, so I have to pay them money, and they also gave me a certificate. Accommodation costs 3 thousand dirhams.
He concluded by saying: “In exchange for money, they send the victims to prison, and for this reason I call on Mr. Hamouchi, Director General of National Security, and Mr. Governor of Security, to visit the sharing department. in the Anasi region, and to open an urgent investigation into this problem and lift the police injustice against us.”
