Heba Press – Tetouan
The court of first instance of the city of Tetouan sentenced an Algerian citizen to an effective prison term for public incitement to illegal immigration.
The court sentenced the person concerned to 3 years in prison for inciting illegal migration from the town of Fnideq to occupied Ceuta.
The person appeared in a “Heba Press” video on the night of September 15, when she and hundreds of young men and teenagers were trying to organize a mass migration to occupied Ceuta.
The person concerned, who hid the truth about her identity and nationality, claimed that she suffered from difficult social and economic conditions which forced her to immigrate to Spain, before her statements turned out to be inaccurate.
