Heba Press: Abdel Salam Belgarbi, Mohamed Zariouh
The Nador region is experiencing a wave of discontent and complaints among residents following the delay by local authorities in issuing administrative certificates linked to procedures for accessing land and real estate ownership. Citizens suffer from the disruption of these procedures, which directly affects their interests and hinders the completion of legal transactions related to their real estate property.
A number of citizens have indicated in local statements that these certificates are essential for proving ownership of real estate and carrying out related transactions, but repeated delays in their issuance place families in a difficult situation, as their activities are disrupted and their legal affairs complicated.
Affected families have called on the Interior Ministry to urgently intervene to uncover the reasons for these repeated delays and work to resolve the administrative issues preventing them from obtaining their legal rights as soon as possible.
Some believe that radical solutions and immediate intervention by the ministry can help alleviate suffering and improve services provided to citizens in the region, which will build trust between citizens and government agencies and achieve greater stability in real estate transactions in the region.
