Members of the regional judicial police service of the city of Nador were able, today Friday October 25 at noon, to arrest a person suspected of being involved in a case linked to the possession and promotion of drugs and substances psychotropic drugs.
According to a well-informed source, the suspect, who is the subject of a national investigation into drug cases, was arrested in flagrante delicto in possession of two bladed weapons and 1,438 narcotic pills of various types.
The ongoing search operation at the suspect’s home also led to the seizure of three contraband cars and four falsified license plates, as well as sums of money in national and European currency suspected of being the proceeds of this criminal activity. .
The suspect was kept in theoretical custody pending the judicial investigation carried out under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor, in order to discover all the conditions and circumstances of this case, as well as to arrest the other participants and contributors to the commission of these criminal acts.
