What is certain is that as Aid Al Adha approaches, we note that there is still a high saturation at the level of automatic teller machines (ATMs) and customers therefore cannot reach touch their banknotes

The demand is then so intense that almost all banks post forms mentioning their inability to respond to the wishes of their customers and as a result, cannot circulate the money which should

Still, Bank Al-Maghrib has taken preventive measures in consultation with banks to ensure the availability of funds in automatic teller machines (ATMs) in all prefectures and provinces of the Kingdom.

These measures mainly relate to:

Providing banks with sufficient quantities of banknotes to cover all of their needs during this period. Coordination with banks to ensure the reliability of the availability of ATMs on a technical level and in terms of supplying bank notes. The establishment of an internal unit at Bank Al-Maghrib to communicate with bank representatives in order to monitor the supply of ATMs and deal with any possible difficulties.

These actions aim to guarantee continuous and efficient service to citizens during this period of high demand.
