The Royal Gendarmerie forces in Ksbah arrested, on Tuesday, the head of the municipality of Ksbah, administratively belonging to the province of Beni Mellal, in execution of the physical coercion procedure issued against him by the competent court.
Informed sources told "HIBAPRESS" that the arrest operation took place in accordance with the legal procedures in force, where the person concerned was taken to the Royal Gendarmerie center, before being presented to the competent Public Prosecution.
The same sources added that the Public Prosecution ordered, after presenting the head of the municipality, to imprison him in the local prison in the city of Beni Mellal, in order to implement the previously sentenced prison sentence, which was not implemented voluntarily.
