Benali: No news in the Samir case and the file is before the International Court

Laila Benali, Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, discussed developments concerning the “Samir” company case.

Benali said, while answering questions from parliamentarians in the House of Representatives on Monday, “No news in the Samir case and the file is before the International Court.”

Regarding investments in the refining sector, Benali added that the ministry is working in coordination with the Ministry of Equipment and Water to streamline infrastructure planning, including oil logistics.

The ministry is also working on establishing a new inventory management system through a private-public partnership.
