HIBAPRESS – Muhammad Zariouh
The city of Al Aaroui witnessed last Sunday the death of a person known as "M," approximately 35 years old, after the deterioration of his health and psychological condition in recent days. The deceased was from the people of the Afsou community, where he previously worked as a night guard in the city of Al Aaroui, before his physical and psychological health condition worsened.
According to consistent sources, "M" suffered from a fragile health and psychological condition and refused to stay at home in recent months due to the deterioration of his condition. In recent days, he was found in the street unable to move, which prompted some residents to offer him assistance. A local activist documented his condition and published video clips, demanding urgent intervention to save him. He was transferred to Mohamed VI Hospital in Al Aaroui for treatment, where his health and psychological condition were diagnosed. According to the data, "M" had been transferred to the hospital days earlier by the police, where he underwent initial examinations and a psychological medical consultation, and he was kept for 48 hours in the emergency department before being allowed to leave. It is noteworthy that Mohamed VI Hospital in Al Aaroui is limited to providing basic care and does not have long-term accommodation and treatment services, which necessitates the transfer of critical cases to Al Hassani Hospital in Nador. After arriving at the hospital on Sunday morning, "M" died due to his health condition. The body of the deceased was transferred to the morgue in the presence of his family, then to Al-Hajj Al-Bashir Mosque in Al Aaroui to complete the burial ceremonies.
