The regional caravan to introduce the support system directed at very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises continues its journey across the various provinces of the Fes-Meknes region, within the framework of the actual implementation of the high royal directives aimed at making productive investment a fundamental lever for economic growth and enhancing regional equity. This initiative falls within the activation of the provisions of the new investment charter, following the official launch of the new support system directed at this category of companies.

The first stops of the caravan included the cities of Fes, Moulay Yacoub, Boulemane, Sefrou, Ifrane, and Taza, under the slogan: "Supporting Companies at the Heart of National Investment Dynamics," where these meetings witnessed great interaction from economic actors, as the number of participants exceeded 800 business men and women and representatives of local companies.

During these tours, the team of the Regional Investment Center of Fes-Meknes provided detailed technical explanations about the conditions for benefiting and the procedures adopted in the new support system, enabling companies to understand the various advantages and incentives available. The interveners emphasized the vital role of very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as they represent more than 90% of the national economic fabric, making them central to efforts aimed at enhancing wealth creation and job opportunities.

The new system offers three main investment grants, including: a grant to create permanent job opportunities to support companies with high employment capacity, a territorial grant aimed at enhancing the attractiveness of provinces and emerging centers, and a grant to direct investments towards priority activities related to promising sectors and future professions.

The value of support can reach up to 30% of the incentivized investment cost, with the possibility of combining these grants with the incentives provided by the authorities.

The Regional Investment Center called on all companies to submit applications for benefit through its digital platform, with the aim of accelerating and facilitating the processing of files within a framework of transparency and efficiency.

It is expected that the caravan will continue its tour in Meknes, El Hajeb, and Taounate, in order to generalize the benefit and bring accompanying services closer to local investors, in a step that aims to enhance the investment dynamics at the regional level and expand the base of companies benefiting from the new system.
