In a speech on the occasion, Yssef affirmed that this scientific meeting constitutes a platform for exchanging experiences between scholars and discussing religious, social, and cultural issues to enable current and future generations to benefit from the knowledge and authentic values carried by this scientific institution.
In this regard, he stressed the importance of the role played by today's scholars, who constitute a real extension of the scholars of yesterday who performed their mission with sincerity, explaining that this continuity derives its strength from an authentic past that preserves its heritage and works to renew it.
He also explained that "the scholars' institution embodies a key link in a golden chain that carries the dimensions of the trust of communication that scholars carry on their shoulders under the guidance of the Great Imamate," highlighting that Morocco has established institutions that work to preserve the nation's heritage and traditions and transmit them across generations.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Higher Scientific Council, Said Chbar, reviewed the Council's activities between the two sessions, especially regarding the implementation of the contents of the Royal Message in caring for the Prophet's biography, the Scientific Council's fatwa on Zakat, and the new phase of the communication support plan.
