Alsa, the Casablanca bus operator, has announced adjustments to bus, commercial agency, and customer service center schedules to facilitate transportation and meet the needs of citizens during this holy month.
According to an Alsa management statement, these adjustments aim to align with the rhythm of daily life during Ramadan and provide a better service to users of urban transport buses in Casablanca. During weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, the first bus trip begins at 06:00 AM, while the last departure before Iftar is at 5:45 PM. Service resumes after Iftar starting at 7:30 PM, with the last departure at 9:00 PM. On Sundays and holidays, operations begin at 07:00 AM, with the same timings for the last departure before Iftar, the first departure after Iftar, and closing time at 9:00 PM. Alsa management clarified at the end of the statement that commercial agencies will open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, while the customer service center will be available from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM to provide support and information to citizens.
