After referring him to the competent public prosecution, he was prosecuted on charges related to the possession and trafficking of strong drugs "cocaine", and the unjustified possession of goods subject to the Customs Law in accordance with the provisions of Article 181 of the Customs and Indirect Taxes Code. After completing the stages of the trial, the body ruled to convict him and punish him with the aforementioned penalties. The court also ordered the confiscation of the seized financial amount in favor of the public treasury, and the confiscation of the mobile phone in favor of the State Property Administration, with the destruction of the seized electronic scale.
