The road linking Oujda and Nador, at the road section known as the "Al-Karboz" bends in the direction of the city of Ahfir, witnessed a traffic accident this Saturday, February 28th, which resulted in human and material losses.
According to the data, the accident resulted from a strong collision between two utility vehicles, which led to the loss of control of one of them and its deviation from the path, before falling and overturning on a slope beside the road. The accident left 4 people injured with "varying degrees of seriousness," which required the intervention of civil protection elements who worked to transport them quickly to the hospital to receive the necessary treatments. Upon being notified of the incident, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie arrived at the scene of the accident, where they began the process of organizing traffic coinciding with the approaching time of iftar, in parallel with that, an investigation was opened to determine the circumstances and circumstances of this collision and to arrange the responsibilities.
