Local authorities and security agencies in the Zagora province have launched intensive search operations after the disappearance of a one-year-and-seven-month-old child in Douar Oulad Al-Achab, which is part of the Tamajout sheikhdom in the municipality of Rouha, amid mysterious circumstances whose details have not yet been clarified.
According to an informed source, the Royal Gendarmerie teams, auxiliary forces, and elements of civil protection have been mobilized, with the use of logistical means and field teams to search the douar and surrounding areas, with a gradual expansion of the search scope to ensure coverage of the largest possible area. The same source pointed out that the residents of the area strongly participated in the operation, contributing with a distinctive spirit of solidarity despite the difficult terrain and the challenges of climatic conditions, in a step that confirms the cohesion of the local community in facing such incidents. Efforts are still continuing at a high pace, amid the anticipation and concern of the family, who appealed to anyone who has information about the child to immediately report it to the competent authorities, while maintaining hope of finding him safe.
