HIBAPRESS has learned from its sources that the head of the communal council of Ouled Fares El Hella commune in the Berrechid district, and member of the provincial council "Arabi Chriai," nicknamed "The Triporteur," has decided to resign from all mandates that bring him together with the Istiqlal party.
According to a political reading of this decision, the man was among the prominent candidates to run in the upcoming legislative elections in the name of the Istiqlal party, but what is circulating in political circles here in the capital of Chaouia and what is being promoted by many social media platforms is the emergence of another strong candidate to snatch the endorsement card in the color of Istiqlal, which made "Chriai" apparently arrange his papers to deal with all possible scenarios so as not to leave this electoral race empty-handed.
