HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Zerouih
In a move that strengthens the administrative modernization process, the province of Nador has maintained its lead in the Oriental region by ranking first in processing economic and construction permit files through the national digital platform "Rokhas" (Rokhas.ma), coupled with its tenth position nationally.
These achievements are not limited to transient ranking figures but reflect a renewed field dynamism based on a clear strategic vision, most notably simplifying procedures, reducing waiting times, and injecting new life into the regional administration to serve investment.
The actual reliance on the "Rokhas" platform has proven its field effectiveness, especially in keeping pace with major investment projects and construction permits, as it ensures precise and transparent follow-up of files, which has directly contributed to improving the business climate and attracting more economic dynamism to the province.
This achievement comes in harmony with the important national endeavor related to implementing the provisions of Law No. 55.19 concerning the simplification of administrative procedures and processes, embodying the institutions' commitment to consolidating the principles of good governance and linking responsibility to administrative efficiency.
As the province of Nador concludes this stage with distinguished achievements, it continues close coordination with all partners and stakeholders to institutionalize the culture of digitalization, looking forward to meeting the expectations of citizens and economic actors and keeping pace with the rapid development surge witnessed by the region.
