HIBAPRESS – Fikri Ould Ali
An abandoned car, left for a long time, has caused discontent and concern among a number of citizens and residents. According to local testimonies, it has become a magnet for some homeless individuals, amidst talk of practices and behaviors that raise the fears of residents of the area and its surroundings.
A number of citizens stated that the continued presence of the car in this condition, without any intervention to remove it or address its situation, has become a source of annoyance for the residents, especially in light of the risks associated with leaving abandoned vehicles in public places, related to security, cleanliness, and public tranquility.
Residents are calling on the competent authorities to intervene urgently to inspect the car, ascertain its legal status, and take appropriate measures regarding it, including its removal from the location if it is proven to be abandoned and unused, to prevent it from becoming a gathering point or a source of problems.
The residents hope that these complaints will be treated with the necessary seriousness and that they will be dealt with in the context of maintaining public order, protecting the environment, and ensuring citizens' right to live in a safe and clean space where everyone respects the conditions of peace and tranquility.
The question remains: When will intervention take place to put an end to this situation and respond to the demands of the residents?
