HIBAPRESS – Tetouan
The city of Tetouan is preparing to host the 27th edition of the International Oud Festival, which will kick off on Thursday, October 29, 2026, with an opening ceremony by Lebanese musician Marcel Khalife on the stage of the Spanish Theatre, with the participation of Italian lute player Aurora Manfredi.
This artistic event will take place over three days, from October 29 to 31, under the slogan "The Mediterranean of Three Cultures," celebrating the multiculturalism and musical richness that characterizes the Mediterranean region.
This edition includes a diverse artistic program that brings together Moroccan and international musical names, through performances celebrating the oud instrument and string music, highlighting its artistic and cultural dimensions as a bridge for communication between different cultures.
The International Oud Festival in Tetouan continues to solidify its position among the artistic events that celebrate authentic music and openness to global musical experiences, in an atmosphere that combines artistic creativity and cultural dialogue between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
