HIBAPRESS – Rabat
Aisha Kellah is a figure who has combined the professional practice of law with human rights work and political activity. King Mohammed VI appointed her as Minister Delegate to the Minister of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Administrative Reform, in charge of administrative reform, within the new government headed by Fatima Ezzahra Mansouri, on October 16, 2026.
Kella belongs to the Casablanca Bar Association, where she has accumulated experience in the legal field and litigation. Her name has also been associated with defending the rights of victims, particularly through her presidency of the Moroccan Association for Victims' Rights, which is active in supporting victims, defending their rights, and promoting the principles of fairness and justice.
On the political level, Kella belongs to the Socialist Union of Popular Forces party. She has previously gained experience within the legislative institution through her membership in the House of Representatives, where she participated in parliamentary work, including discussions related to legislation and oversight of government action. Her name also emerged among the party's candidates in the Nouaceur province during the legislative elections of 2026.
The new governmental responsibility places Kella before the challenges of modernizing public administration and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and companies, by simplifying administrative procedures, enhancing transparency and efficiency, strengthening governance mechanisms, and keeping pace with the digital transformation of public facilities, which contributes to facilitating citizens' interaction with the administration and responding to their expectations.
