In this context, the demands for intervention are directed towards the Imzouren commune, the local authorities, and the relevant departments, in order to assess the scale of the phenomenon on the ground and take the necessary measures to address it in accordance with current laws, while adopting an approach that simultaneously considers the safety of citizens and principles of animal welfare.
Observers believe that addressing the stray dog phenomenon should not be limited to temporary interventions, but requires sustainable solutions that include limiting their reproduction, addressing their sources of spread, and strengthening monitoring and intervention operations in areas with frequent gatherings.
Given the growing concern of the residents, the question remains: when will the concerned parties take practical and organized action to address this phenomenon before the occurrence of incidents with potentially dire consequences?
