Consulate of Milan…doors open to the business service of Moroccans residing in northern Italy

In accordance with high royal directives, and consolidating the policy of bringing the administration closer to the citizen, which His Majesty King Mohammed VI has always entrusted to his loyal subjects, the members of the Moroccan community residing abroad, and his personal monitoring to implement its instructions, as well as the directives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans living abroad, aimed at improving consular services provided to the Moroccan community abroad. The Moroccan Consulate in Milan continues its mobilization to exceptionally serve the Moroccan community. At the end of the week, it organized this morning, Saturday June 8, an open house ceremony.

The operation targeted dozens of Moroccans residing in the Lombardy region, who gathered at the consulate to carry out a number of consular services, which notably include handing over passports and national identity cards, offering services guidance in the social field and in the field of documentation, in addition to providing a group of medico-legal and legal consultations.

To make this operation a success, a seasoned and competent team made up of the best employees of the Consulate of the Kingdom in Milan was recruited, led by the Consul General, “Mohammed Al-Akhal”, who personally ensured the proper functioning of all services.

Moreover, Muhammad Al-Akhal, consul general, explained that this initiative is part of the current translation of the directives of King Mohammed VI, which aim to take care of members of the Moroccan community abroad, to bring administrative services closer to their place of residence, take care of their conditions and their affairs and give them the best possible means of various administrative services.

This initiative has received the approval of most of the beneficiaries, especially since it coincides with the weekend, which opens the way to benefit a large number of citizens prevented by their relationships and work during the week , as well as by the approach of Eid al-Adha, which coincides with Operation Welcome 2024 and the desire of a large number of members of the Moroccan community to spend this joyous celebration in the homeland.
