University professor and expert in civil society issues, Raqia Achmal, reacted to the ongoing protests in some regions demanding reforms in education and health.
Achmal said in a post on her Facebook wall that the situation calls for an approach that protects an environment that guarantees the peacefulness of the protest, instead of confronting it with violence and oppression, to stop its territorial spread that has spread to other cities, and it is the same speed required to implement an urgent action plan to effectively implement the rights to education and health. Achmal added that this generation is characterized by "McDonald's" youth who want ready-made solutions, here and now, and not subject to prolonged waiting, says Achmal.
