Today, education unions organized a protest in front of the Regional Academy for Education and Training in the Souss-Massa region, demanding a response to the fair and legitimate demands of educational administrators.
The protesters chanted strong slogans, emphasizing their adherence to their basic demands, foremost of which is increasing the compensation for the framework and creating a new promotion grade, considering them legitimate rights that cannot be compromised. They also demanded justice for a group that bears significant responsibilities in managing educational institutions and supervising educational work. During the protest, there was a significant presence of the National Education Federation (Moroccan Labor Union), where Professor Al-Bashir Jarfi, a member of the regional office and the union representative of the federation in Agadir, expressed his complete solidarity with this group, stressing that educational administrators represent the main pillar of any real educational reform, and calling on the Ministry to expedite responding to their legitimate demands to ensure justice and fairness and restore respect for their vital roles in the education system. At the end of the protest, the participants called on the supervising ministry to open a serious and responsible dialogue with the representatives of this group in order to find fair and just solutions to their case, confirming their commitment to continue the united and organized struggle until all their legitimate demands are met. The latter added that the National Education Federation, a member of the Moroccan Labor Union, renews its full support and field support for educational administrators and confirms that justice for this group is a basic entry point for reforming the education system. It also calls on all administrators to continue mobilization and united struggle in defense of dignity and professional justice.
