“Karian Rehamna” in the Sidi Moumen district of Casablanca witnessed a huge fire yesterday evening, Monday.
According to eyewitnesses, the massive fire broke out suddenly in the slum, which includes dozens of informal settlements, before winds helped it spread rapidly.
The same witnesses added that civil prevention agents quickly arrived on the scene to extinguish the fire, which caused significant material losses and no loss of human life.
