HIBAPRESS – WAM
The Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesperson, Mustapha Baytas, said on Friday, on the occasion of the opening of Parliament, that the government's record of work within the legislative institution has cemented the reforms led by King Mohammed VI.
Baytas highlighted in a press statement, following his reception by King Mohammed VI, where he presented the King with the government's record of work in relation to Parliament for the fifth legislative year of the eleventh legislative term, that this record reflects the government's work in general within Parliament, whether at the level of legislation which saw distinguished performance, or oversight, emphasizing that it cements the reforms led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
He added that this period recorded "very high rates" in the government's interaction with the various oversight initiatives of deputies and counselors. These rates, the speaker added, clearly showed the government's significant responsiveness to these various oversight initiatives in service of parliamentary work.
