The Party of Progress and Socialism has decided on the name of the head of its parliamentary bloc in the House of Representatives for the new legislative term, choosing Ahmed El Abbadi to undertake this task, as part of organizing its internal structures and defining responsibilities within the legislative institution following the recent elections.
The decision came during a meeting held by the party's parliamentary bloc on Friday evening, dedicated to discussing a number of issues related to its work during the upcoming phase, in addition to completing its internal organization and defining mechanisms for managing its affairs and representation within the House of Representatives, according to party sources.
